I’m the one who struggles with sleep and I needed something I didn’t have to actively eat or smoke in the middle of the night. So I tried these tinctures and It worked really well for me. Usually kicks in within 30 minutes. I am on my third buy!
Use these weekly (I get multi pack for better value) to help with sleep. Usually if I had one or two bad nights of sleep I will turn to these. Just a dropper (or two if desperate) under the tongue for about 3 minutes or so and it helps it work faster. If you time it like 20 - 30 minutes before bed and you then will sleep well. Don’t do every single day or keep increasing amount you take - maintain dosage and don’t do every day

After seeing such great results for myself, I did some research and consulted with my veterinarian and now use the tinctures for my 17 5 year old rescue dog.
